Dog daycare is a safe, supervised environment where dogs can socialise, exercise, and relax during the day while you’re at work or busy. At our dog daycare in Ripley, Derbyshire, dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure a positive experience for every pup.

Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
We are based in Ripley, Derbyshire.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Is dog daycare suitable for my dog?
Many dogs benefit from daycare, especially those that:

Have lots of energy

Enjoy socialising with other dogs

Experience separation anxiety

We carry out a temperament assessment before your dog joins to ensure daycare is the right fit.

What are the requirements for attending dog daycare?
To keep all dogs safe, we require:

Dogs must be at least 1 year old

Up-to-date vaccinations (including kennel cough)

Flea and worm prevention

Male dogs to be neutered/spayed

A trial session and registration completed (via the app)

How much does dog daycare cost?
Our daycare is £29 per day, Monday to Friday.

What should I bring to dog daycare?
We provide bedding, water, and enrichment activities. We ask that if your dog has a harness you bring that, just for their walk(s). You may also bring:

Your dog’s food (if required)

Medication (if required)

A familiar item for comfort (optional)

Will my dog be supervised at all times?
Yes, dogs are supervised by trained staff throughout the day. We monitor play, behaviour, and rest periods to ensure a safe and happy environment.

What happens if my dog doesn’t get along with others?
If your dog shows signs of stress or discomfort, we will:

Adjust their group

Contact you to discuss the best solution

Do dogs get rest time during the day?
Absolutely. Rest is essential. Dogs have scheduled quiet time to relax, preventing overstimulation and ensuring a balanced day.

Can puppies attend dog daycare?
We welcome young dogs, but they must be at least 1 year old and have completed their vaccinations.

What if my dog has special dietary or medical needs?
We are happy to accommodate dogs with specific requirements. Please inform us at the end of your trial so we can tailor care accordingly.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
No, we do not offer this service.
